I fractured both wrists in a fall in April. During treatment I had addressed my concern of increased pain and swelling I was experiencing I was told by Dr Sinha that I was fine and just had a low pain tolerance. Which is not the case. I had also requested additional testing to find out the cause of the pain I was denied by Dr Sinha additional testing due to my payer source. (insurance) After my cast was removed Dr Sinha also denied giving me a supportive brace also do to payer source, in his words He stated to me he was instructed not to give anything extra to people with x insurance because they lose money instead of make money. But he freely handed out scripts of Norco instead of addressing the concern. Then they treat you like a drug seeker. In addition to this he took my left handed brace that I had to wear after he performed surgery on my left arm and attempted to put it on my right hand. I am a medical professional and was in shock by his behavior. I was given a script for physical therapy by Dr Sinha it was then followed by good luck finding someone who will take your insurance because they pay x amount of dollars and physical therapists charge x amount of dollars. Here we are today almost 4 months later I am still unable to work due to pain, stiffness causing lack of range of motion and complications from my wrists. Now every time I turn my left wrist that he installed a plate and 10 screws in it grinds its painful and causes my hand and fingers to go numb and you can physically feel the hardware.. I personally would not suggest this Dr and beware. Took me a month to get into anothet local orthopedic and it was completely worth the wait.

After visiting a number of other orthopedic surgeons, some of which were at big teaching hospitals in Chicago, I decided to have Dr. Sinha perform my knee surgery. From day one, Dr. Sinha has been extremely thorough, and only opted for surgery after multiple rounds of physical therapy did not yield desired results. He also consulted other doctors to hear their opinions. Post surgery, I no longer experienced the pain I had prior, and Dr. Sinha has been very helpful and encouraging throughout the recovery process. His bedside manner is great, and I have recommended him to family and friends. One could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. Sinha!
