If you have plenty of time to spare, you may want to use the services of this office. I however, do not. I have been to the office and met with both Dr. Venetos and Amy Brownlee on several occasions over the past several years for a problem area on my leg. Biopsies have confirmed the condition, the treatment plans to date have not been successful. Most recently I requested a follow up appointment with Amy Brownlee for a review of the situation due to yet another course of unsuccessful treatment. I arrived at the office early for my appointment and my co-pay was taken immediately. Within 5 minutes I was ushered to the exam room, my information was then reviewed with a staff member. At that time I was advised that I would be seen within a few minutes. Thereafter I sat in the exam room for 25 minutes. At no point did anyone check on me or say that Amy was running late. I finally went to the desk and advised that I needed to leave since I had to return to work. I was treated as if my time is unimportant. It is unfair to the patient to expect them to wait due to overbooking. I was advised that the doctor is very busy, but I could be seen at that point and asked if I wished to re-schedule. My time is valuable I declined their offer and requested a call from either Dr. Venetos or Amy Brownlee. It is now 24 hours later and I have not received a call from either, they must be too busy for their patients.
