I have had many bad experiences with Dr. Buntuyan and as well as his new Doctor Dr. Clark. Their medical knowledge actual seems very limited when the problem is not something routine or common. Unfortunately, a lot of the time I end of suggesting things to them that they go along with as if I am treating myself, which is very concerning. I love the peaceful décor but that is not enough to balance the uneasy feeling every time I leave. I am only writing this in hopes that someone might find it helpful when looking for a dr.

Excellent physician. Only complaint is that new office staff isn't as efficient and helpful as Madaline and newer staff.

Great doctor! He is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He really listens to me and takes the time to explain my health concerns. The staff is energetic and friendly and really tries to get things done quickly despite being so busy. I guess they are busy because he is so good with his patients. I keep coming back because I trust him with my health. I've told all my friends and family to go to him because he is so approachable and easy to talk to. I have nothing but great words and comments about his office. I don't believe and disagree about the bad ratings because I and my friends/family that go there have never experienced those things.

The office is beautiful, calmly decorated. The staff is young and energetic. I was recommended by many friends and family to go to Dr.Buntuyan for his excellent care and caring bedside manner. He doesn't advertise and works on word of mouth and this is important to me. He focuses on a more natural and wholistic approach and does not shove medications down your throat and throw you out in five minutes. He genuinely liked to talk to me and get to know my condition. I thought the staff was very accomodating and courteous, trying to expedite things as quickly as they could. I would recommend his office and his care to any of my friends and family in need of a great community doctor.

Office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not schedule tests within the time frame the dr requested. The dr does not return phone calls. When calling the office patients will encounter voice mail and have to wait days for return phone calls. Urgent medical tests were refused by my insurance because they coded wrong. I wrote a nice letter to the doctor outlining my problems with the staff and messages that were not being put through to him, I was consequently "released" as their patient. There are many other patients who have experienced the same. I was left with a serious medical condition untreated for months as a result of not being able to get a return phone call. When I experienced unexplained severe headaches immediately after receiving a shot in the office I could not get a return phone call from the dr. or the nurse practitioner who administered the shot.
