We tried to avoid having tmj joint replacement through Dr Haymond.... he removed my daughters wisdom tweet and everything went well. Surgical plan paperwork for buried and he left the country for vacation. Staff could not coordinate to submit paperwork for insurance approval process. Finally got it done a year after beginning the process and staff did not understand how to work with insurance. Staff literally said, "I don't know what you want me to do for you" because they wouldn't work with insurance. We are now planning this surgery with a sleeveless at Boston children's hospital rather than waste more time with this office!

I have a hard time reaching his office to find out about appointments and to get information. This is frustrating to me.

Everyone in his office is great and kind and very courteous. Except for the secretary Jessica, who does his billing. If you want to deal with a big witch she's one for you. Unfortunately, I will not recommend Dr. Hammond to anyone because of her.
