I followed Dr. Gentemann from a her practice in Long Beach to Memorial Prompt Care. I love, love, love her as a doctor. She has great patient skills. She is extremely smart and caring. She always listens completely without interruption and provides compassion and excellent diagnostic skills. She is a seasoned physician and has provided my family and and I with excellent care. Can't say enough about her and know that you can select her as a doctor with confidence that you are getting the very best. I give her 5 stars!

I was charged this amount because this doctor cleaned out my daughters ears before looking at the ear infection. This doctor is not good with children and was not even going to check out my child because she had been crying and her ears where a little red and Gentemann said it would look the same as an ear infection. It seemed like this was the first time she had ever seen a simple ear infection. Worst doctor and clinic...
