Dr. Crone is one of my favorite people in the world. she is well informed about new treatments and drugs on the market, as well as side effects. Her office is easy to get a hold of, and will call you back same day. yes, there is a bit of a wait sometimes, but she is VERY worth it. She makes you feel comfortable and listened to, which is rare in a doctor.

Although very personable, Dr. Crone mis-diagnosed two major health issues for me including asthma. Also, I spend over a decade waiting an average of 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Then suddenly, the office changed their policy without informing me and would not see me when I showed up a few minutes late. Dr. Crone's nurse was especially unpleasant about me being late. In the past, when I called to see if the doctor was on time, the staff would not tell me she was running late.

She is very personalble and has an excellent bedside manner. She is open to ideas and new treatments. She stays current on her information, research and prescription drugs usages along with respecting the right to use homopathic medicines. She is very thorough and does her best to eliminate problems and causes. Dr. Crone is the best doctor I have every had and the most comfortable to be around. It's a shame that more doctors are not that way.

Dr. Crone is fabulous! Sometimes she runs a little behind schedule but she is worth the wait. She takes her time with each patient. She is not uncomfortable, in fact encourages, her patients to have an advocate with them. She will discuss alternatives for treatment. She makes you feel heard and cared for.

Just adore Dr. Crone and she has excellent bedside manner. Very helpful when you are there. However keep in mind that there is not a lot of follow-up after visits (regarding test results, etc.) You will need to be your own patient advocate.
