Been a patient of Dr. Head for 17 years. She and her staff are the best!

My 83 year old mother and I are Dr. Head. These are her comments. Mary Lou is knowledgeable, skilled and gentle. She is both kind and caring. She is well experienced.
She comments: "I have know Mary Lou Head since she graduated from dental school. I drive all the way across town to go to her. She works with what you have. She does not push what you don't need. I love that she has experience about the unexpected and unpredictable things you don't learn in dental school." Pat S Lexington

Dr. Head and her staff are excellent! They answer all questions I have. Office is always warm and inviting when you walk in. Staff is very attentive and helpful. I have been going to Dr. Head's office for many years and would recommend her to anyone seeking great dental care in the Lexington, KY area.

I love this office! The staff is very friendly professional and courteous. Dr head always takes care of her patient making sure they are comfortable and at ease and has the gentlest touch. I have never been to a better office than this and I would never go to another office. I have had the most wonderful experiences here even my young children are excited when they come to the office and love and look up to Dr head as a mentor

Dr. Head has been our family's dentist for over 30 years. She and staff are professional and has always made certain that we are satisfied with any dental work. Dr. Head keeps up with latest in dental techniques and always makes sure her patients are satisfied.

The office is always short staffed and the few times that I have been my appointment has lasted for 2+ hours. Went in for some fillings and it took hours to get done. Two months later when flossing my filling had fell out and now tonight a piece of that same tooth has broken off. There is no way I will ever step foot in this office again. Currently searching for another dentist to fix there mistakes.

I am on Medicaid and was told not to come back because I am getting a procedure done elsewhere that she charges 1500.00 more for. The hygienist did not clean all of my teeth and was unnecessarily rough. I would not send a dog to her.
Just to give you my background, I work as a veterinary technician and am working on a degree in Public Health.

Dr Head has been my dentist for the past 14+ years. I have never had an unpleasant experience and I have had about every procedure (with the exception of an extraction) done that is available. Everything I needed to know or questioned was fully answered and everyone has always been kind, caring and understanding. The front office was very friendly and helpful.
