I have never had a session with a doctor that was as unprofessional and disturbing as the one I just had with Dr. Kelsey of Schreiber & Kelsey.

From the moment she greeted me she was agitated, and filled with - what seemed like anger and frustration that only grew throughout our very unproductive session.

I am appalled at the way I was treated.

She didn't let me get one word in and seemed offended that I had gone to another doctor to begin a process of dealing with my issues which led to my deciding to go to a gastroenterologist office. To say that a patient's history "doesn't matter" or their prior health issues which led to coming to your office "don't matter" is irrational and irresponsible.

I'm going to find another office that is kinder, more human, and professional.

I only met Dr Schreiber once. Before the colonoscopy you meet with the internal medicine dr for screening, who was excellent. Imagine my surprise to meet this arrogant( not surprised by that) curt dr, who after the procedure didn’t even have the decency to speak to me at all! Nurse told everything was good...where’s the dr who Blue Cross paid? Never again.
