I've been patient of his for 5 years I've had five surgeries by him everyone was an accident or my fault but when he said he could do it he did it he is great

I have just finished with the Invisalign braces this spring of 2015. I cannot give enough praise and thanks to this group of dental workers and to Dr. Boyd. they always made sure I knew want was going to happen next, and what I was required to do, and were always a ph call away to get ANY question answered, no matter how small. They all were so kind and considerate, always very friendly, & I have told so many of my friends about the wonderful service they offer, and its not just for young kids!!! being in my 60's I never thought such straight teeth would be a possibility. But they look beautiful, and straight for the first time in my adult life!!! Thank you so much to all the people who were involved in my care.

Dr. Boyd is wonderful! Both he and his staff are extremely polite and friendly, and overall are all very committed to giving their patients the best care! I had my braces on for two years and in that time I received the best care possible. I also as an adult have had issues with my dog eating a couple of my retainers and my bottom permanent retainer coming loose and they still have been nothing short of amazing when it came time for me to request help with those issues. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Boyd and his staff. If you are even considering getting braces, you would be making a huge mistake by going anywhere other than to Dr. Richard E. Boyd.

I have been with Dr. Boyd for 6 years now and he has gone above and beyond to make sure my teeth were as perfect as they could have been. I look forward to my appointments because of the friendly atmosphere and very clean and modern office. I love how everyone in the office is always smiling. Thank you Dr. Boyd!!

We moved to the Columbia in 2006 and had no clue who to see as an orthodontist. Our daughter’s mouth was in terrible shape and I knew it would take a knowledgeable orthodontist to help correct it. I was concerned about putting braces on her at such a young age, but Dr. Boyd said “I promise I will be a good steward with your money.” In my heart, I trusted him. And he held true to his word. Not only did he work wonders with her smile, he made the experience worth every penny. My husband and two other daughters have been under Dr. Boyd’s care and they, too, have had their mouths transformed. I have never felt this satisfied with a doctor and his entire staff. In 8 years, we have never had to wait very long for our appointments or felt like we were receiving anything but the best care. Furthermore, we have never had to contend with impolite office staff. We have never once regretted going to Dr. Boyd. He truly cares about his patients and I highly recommend him.

Dr Boyd and his staff are amazing! I read a review that referred to them as a factory and I felt compelled to write how our experience has been the complete opposite. We have two children in braces and have known Dr Boyd since 2009. Dr Boyd is a perfectionist with leading-edge dentistry and that is evident in the approach he has taken with our children's treatment ! Every visit Dr Boyd gives us updates about our children's progress! From the first day I met the staff at Dr Boyd's, I felt like I'd known them all forever:) They are kind, thoughtful, and at the same time, professional! I have lived in cities from Vancouver, Tokyo, Manhattan and Scottsdale to name a few, and Dr Boyd's office is hands down the best experience in health care I've seen! Dr Boyd and his staff are simply wonderful :)!

This office and staff is how I would love to see every doctor's office run. The ladies are kind,caring individuals. Dr. Boyd is passionate in his perfection! He will not settle for second best, it must be perfect. When I left that office I felt appreciated as a patient and I knew I had made new friends. From observing Dr. Boyd and his young patients, they simply love him. I travel 70 miles to see Dr. Boyd because I know I have seen the best orthodontist in the state of S.C.

Dr. Boyd and his staff are incredibly kind and caring , I honestly cannot imagine anyone saying otherwise. This is my first child to go through braces and everyone made us feel informed and excited about the whole process . I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great orthodontist .

I have loved my experience with Dr. Boyd and his awesome staff! Dr. Boyd's knowledge and attention to detail has given me great results with Invisalign! He took his time in addressing my concerns and doing whatever it took to get the job done! The staff was always so friendly and eager to help in any way possible!
