Dr. Sofia Vaisman is knowledgeable, skilled and also listens! She caught my full-blown diabetes before I’d even met her (having been to one appt with her P.A.). She called me personally. and has worked with me over the last 3 years in which I have returned to pre-diabetes. She is very conscientious about my prescriptions & referrals to specialists where needed. I recommend her highly. Rebecca Wolfersberger

Dr. Vaisman does not take care of any problems herself. She refers me to other doctors for everything and I have to pay additional copays for things she should be able to take care of, like an ear infection or wax in my ear.

Dr. Sofia is a gem--so long as you can wait 5-6 WEEKS for an appointment. Also be prepared to wait for at least an hour to see her once you're there. Sadly, her office staff is the absolute worst: rude, unhelpful, with no follow-through on paperwork, insurance, or test results. A shame, really.

the front desk/staff is AWFUL. i called 11 (literally 11) times to get a copy to send in to my insurance. when i went to pick it up, they lost it. i wait at least 45 minutes even with an appointment. the dr herself is very nice, but her staff is so rude and unhelpful her demeanor is overshadowed. if you call and leave a message, just don't expect to have anyone call you back. i also tried to send them my medical records- it was impossible to get them to coordinate with my old doctors to get the fax, call, etc.

Dr. Vaisman is a great doctor but the front desk is bellow "poor" rating. All the staff in front should be fired and replaced with good people since they are the front line before the patiant sees the doctor.

I have used this clinic and doctor for many years. Dr. Vaisman and her extender NP and PA providers give a lot of time to her patients. I highly recommend her and office

The staff is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Good luck getting in to see the doctor. No complaints about her but why bother saying anything good if it takes at least 2 hours to see her (with an appointment). Even if you're dying you won't be able to see her. Your best best is the ER! The staff is rude and so not helpful.

I don't know why there are bad ratings for Dr Sofia. She is sweet and caring. Takes extra time with you. It does take a while to schedule with her, but that is because she has a very loyal following. she always remembers me and my family when I show up. She looks you in the eyes and doesn't spend the whole time scibling in your chart. I Love her. I have never had a bad experience there.
