he made custom insole, that ended up causing me back problems because it was not level with my other foot. He charged for me to go back and him correct it and still didnot get it corrected. He should not have charged for correcting in insole he made. Charged my insurance a surgery fee for it.

Doctor is great, but they will NOT accept credit card payment of bill either by mail, or over the phone! How stupid is that! Other than the billing issue, he is a great doctor.
