Dr. Kripke came highly recommended so I was quite shocked by her rude behavior and her desire to get me out of the office as fast as possible. She initially greeted me with "what's the problem?" & never said hello. Then she asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I had several questions which were never answered because she abruptly brought me out to the front desk to leave. I had never seen anything quite like it. There was never a bye or any type of follow up discussed. I don't think I will be going back.

Her staff is very nice. However, I felt Dr. Kripke was in a rush to get through the office visit. I had to ask her to listen to my heart. Barely did a physical which I thought was part of the initial visit. Is a little inappropriate by giving me her recommendations in front of an office full of patients! I would not recommend her.

I saw Dr. Kripke about 5 or 6 years ago for myself. My mother had just died and she kept wanting to put me on antidepressants. She was very unhelpful, acting like a psychotherapist instead of a physician. I would never go back. She also made a comment I overheard about "which patient is which: I can't tell. They all look alike." It is not very profesional behavior. I do not recommend her to anyone.

Great doctor. I have been a patient for approximately two years; she had more insights than any other physician I have ever had. She is caring and more than willing to order a test if she suspects something. She does not over prescribe tests or medications. She is more than willing to share her insights about family, children, etc. and I have found her to be very helpful. Interestingly, when I moved to the area, I asked my pharmacist for a female, board certified internists who was very knowledgeable about medications, etc. and she was recommended twice by two different pharmacists.

May run a little behind however it is because she spends as much time as you need. Very Caring and compassionate. Listens to the patient. Elana follows up and if she feels you need more help than she is qualified to give has no problem refering you to another specialist. We need m ore physicians like her.

Dr. Kripke is dedicated to meeting her patients needs. She takes the time to answer any question and is unwilling to leave a problem unsolved. Unfortunately her part time hours are not always convenient, but she accomodates this by being available by phone on days when she is not on duty.

Dr. Kripke appears out of touch w/ paitents and her office staff. She kept ordering blood work and I would get a call from the nurse or receptionist that I needed another, and another, and another test. When I had questions about all this and asked to speak with Dr. Kripke about it when she had time, the receptionist called me back with a totally different result of a blood test I did not even have. Impossible to get a hold of her and her office hours are too limited.

Dr. Kripke combines all the best attributes of a physician including a vast knowledge base, compassion and kindness, and the willingness to take all the time the patient needs despite the negative impact this has on her bottom line. She is one of the most thorough physicians I have ever met. I have referred countless other patients to her and they have all been extremely happy with her care. Her office staff is warm and helpful and the office itself is very comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. She is obviously well respected by the other physicians who know her. If you are fortunate enough to get an appointment to see her as a new patient (she only works part-time), you will get great care.
