Staff is rude and obnoxious. Dr. Ram missed a very important heart problem. Thankfully, I had switched (because of the rude staff - they have a reputation) and my new doctor couldn't believe it had been missed. Leaving because of the rude staff and switching doctors actually saved my life!!

not friendly. staff is rude. and the biller is not helpful, but so quick to mess up your credit score. even thou patience info is up to date, but i dont recevie any bill from the doctors office.

We trust Dr. Ram and that is the bottom line. He listens closely and explains himself until YOU understand. His diagnoses are accurate. While the wait time CAN be long, this is because he never rushes his exams or interviews with his patients. Dr. Ram cares and is worth the wait.

As a Family Doctor I rate him a 9 out of 10. Staff= Helpful .Punctuality = Needs to Improve. Small Busy Office. Helpfulness = Very Good !!! Knowledge on new treatments = Needs to Expand.

He diagnosed my husband foot infection wonderfully! He is kind, takes his time with you, and gives you his full attention all the time. He does not just read your chart, give a script and "next". I feel he truly cares..
