Love the Doctor, hate the practice. They office staff (triage nurses, schedulers, billing, etc...) are horrible. Some of the triage nurses are young, clueless, and outright rude. I was treated with no compassion whatsoever when actively having a miscarriage. I was even told to come in for an ultrasound at one office to see if my baby was alive and then drive to another city to be told what the results were. Once the Dr. caught wind of it they changed their tune and apologized but this is not the only negative experience I've had with them when dealing with a legitimate medical issue. My insurance was also billed for some other woman's delivery before I even had my baby. How does that happen?! Even though I love this doctor, I'm considering switching to another practice. His staff is awful.
