Doctor, you delivered me 30 years ago. My mother said when I was born I had the biggest feet you’d ever seen on a baby! My mother said you were the best, so I’m coming to you to deliver our son.

Depending on what dr you see may depend on your experience. I seen an nice short Asian or Hispanic dr who told me to "sun bathe, spread eagle, in the sun to get rid of an yeast infection, or I can use a blow dryer.... after I laugh uncontrollably, I asked to for another dr.

I continue coming to this office because it is the only one close to my home that accepts my insurance. The staff at the front desk are most times rude and argumentative, the pontuality of this office is horrible. Few times do I come here, and seen at my actual appointment time. I'll wait in the waiting room for about 30 minutes (on a good day) before I am called to the back, once I go back to the room I'll wait even longer. While I'm waiting in the room I can here the staff sitting at their desk talking and laughing, by the time they finally come in to see me I would have been there for almost two hours. Even to be seen for something as simple as my birth control renual, the wait is long. I'll wait for over an hour for them to come in for something that takes less than 5 minutes. That is only attitudes and punctuality at the office. When I was in labor Dr. Mallard-Warren came into my room, got into an argument with my RN and walked out. My RN was the who delivered my daughter, and was who cut the umbilical cord. Dr. Mallard-Warren finally decided to grace us with her presence again just in time to deal with the after birth.. ABOVE ALL HORRIBLE ATTITUDES AND NO CONSIDERATION FOR ANYONE ELSES TIME!

Terrible doctor!! I rarely saw her and I had previous complications with my first 2 children. She refused to acknowledge my concerns with my pregnancy. I had to switch doctors at 8 months and when I asked for my records to be faxed she gave me a really hard time. Made me very stressed through my pregnancy due to her being so mean and rude!

Terrible staff. Very rude every time I went in. Did not meet the doctor until I was 6+ months along. Told me and 7 other women our baby was one gender, only to have the surprise of a different gender baby be born. Constantly rushed me out of the exam room. Staff would reschedule my visits and would not call to notify. They were also constantly shopping with Avon/mary kay reps and would make patents wait for over an hour to be processed and seen by a PA or NP

Would not recommend this docter to anyone. Gone through two pregnancies with this Dr. After the first one I was very dissatisfied with office staff and the quality of care I received. I only saw the Dr. once. The NP's weren't very friendly or knowledgable. Recently, after 8 years during my second pregnacy I decided to give her another try. I had the same feelings. Saw the Dr. twice during whole pregnancy. She did not show up to deliver my baby. And when she did finally come to the hospital to release me I didn't recognize her because I had only seen her twice before (briefly). Very unprofessional Dr who lets NP's do all the work in her practice. She was hardly ever seen during my whole two pregnancies with her. The wait was always very long also. One time I was left in a room for over an hour because they forgot I was in there. The visits were always 45 minutes to an hour of waiting for about ten of patient/nurse NOT doctor time. Only use this Doctor if she is your very last resort.
