He used up all of my 20 visits in a 3 month time and had a financial person sit down with me and figure out my cost. They figured into the cost my deductible and I paid a lump sum. Bad mistake. Now I am looking at the charges online and they waited so long to file a claim that I have paid my deductible with another doctor who I saw later but filed earlier than these guys. I still have the problem and if I go to see another chiropractor i have to pay out of pocket. Find an honest chiropractor to see

I've been going to doctor Livingston for 8 years... he is knowledgeable and very caring when it came to my back problems. I trust him fully knowing that he wants to check the x-rays and not just start popping and cracking me. His receptionists are also compassionate and are helpful anytime I've had questions or concerns they have efficiently and quickly responded to all my needs. We have been going to Dr. Mark Livingston for over 10 years now. Our whole family my husband and I plus our two children. Dr Livingston is extremely knowledgeable well educated and a polite man. My son and I were in a bad car accident. We both ended up in the emergency room. We both saw Dr Mark and got a ton of relief from our adjustments. Dr Livingston is a professional who goes by the book when it comes to your health. The reason for the xrays is to ensure a proper adjustment.I wouldn't want a doctor to adjust me if he had no idea what was wrong with me. that would be unprofessional. Dr. Livingston is a professional who will help you and your family to be able to live a longer healthier life. I want to thank Dr Livingston for all the years of great service to your loyal patients.

The chiro I've seen for 9 years retired, so I scheduled w/Livingston Chiropractic, as I didn't know anyone else. Mark Livingston is an incompetent quack who ripped me off. He spent 10 minutes telling me how great he was & that he had to be sure I was "in the right place." He felt down the back of my pants (NEVER had a chiro do that), took 2 x-rays (I was told when filling out paperwork x-rays would only cost me $20.00), then told me I had to schedule a 2nd appointment. Every quality chiro I've seen in the past immediately processes x-rays then moves on to adjustment so I'm not suffering in pain for several more days. Livingston did NOTHING. Disappointed, I told him I was just going to go elsewhere as I couldn't take another 3 days of agony. I went up front to pay & was appalled to be charged $128! I disputed the charge, but he refused to discount anything & insisted his "work" cost that much. Angry, I paid & left but will definitely be contacting the BBB. Do NOT go to this charlatan!
