Dr. Whitlatch is exceptional in his knowledge, comfort educating patients and customer service. He is always willing to extend himself to accomodate urgent consultation and acts with calm competence dealing with urgent issues -- once with a metal shard in my husband's eye and another time for dangerously infected eyes. He also interacts with ease in assessing my child, who looks forward to seeing him.
