He is the best doctor i could have ever consulted for my problem. He listen to me patiently and seems to concern about it. He genuinely givem me suggestions and even my follow up was great. I highly recommend him to all.

Dr. Jani is very professional with a great personality. He reviewed everything so I understood and made sure I had all questions answered. Great smile also. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Will definitely have my next procedure with Dr. Jain.

This is my second colonoscopy, but the first with Dr Jain and Midwest Center. All staff were professional, polite and attentive. Procedure was as scheduled. I felt comfortable with the Drs and other staff.

Dr. Jain and his staff are great; I've had several procedures and his staff each time made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I love Dr. Jain's bedside manner he and his staff are personable, professional and very knowledgeable. His nursing staff is one of the best I've encountered. I have recommended him to several people and their experience has been just as pleasant as mine.

I had the worst experience with this Doctor, I would never even have a nightmare to visit this Dr again. I had a moderate diarrhea problem, first of all i felt like i was pushing to explain my problem because he was not paying attention even though he was looking at me and then he did not prescribe any medicine even for temporary releif instead he recommended me to undergo a series of tests in parts of stomach that no where relates to the problem which even i could guess from my little medical knowledge out of research online. Upon asking why do i need all these tests Dr Dinesh Jain replied saying i do not know the answer for that, first we need to conduct tests and logically eliminate one by one and further added we may have to do an ultra sound test later....I think the Clinic (Suburban Gastroentorology) as a whole itself cheats people for money, disgusting, frustrating, annoying, i would suggest anyone to never go there. Dr. Jain has been my doctor for almost 10 years and I could pass him on the street and not even recognize him. In those 10 years under his care, I have probably spent less than 0.5 hours total. He is fairly knowledgeable and he did fix me initially, but follow-up care was poor at best. During an endoscopy, I waited 30 minutes on the OR. When I asked what the hold up was, I was told they were waiting for the Dr. to come in and say hi. He literally said hi and put me to sleep. I like a doctor I can talk to and feel like I am talking to a friend or at least someone who acts like they are listening. Dr. Jain is difficult to connect with. I felt more like an unwanted step child rather than a patient who mattered. Personally, I chose a new doctor recently. If you can get past his bad office staff and the Dr's icy personality, he was not a bad doctor
