Staff does not smile. Doctor is rude. The glasses were made with Shorty materials at best. When I called in with my complaint I was told " if you don't like the way we do business you can go elsewhere". Well I did go elsewhere and sure enough my complaint was legitimate. I paid this man $600 for frames plus the lens the protection stuff.I end up having to buy new glasses lost my benefits to get glasses that would not fall apart. So the only person laughing all the way to the bank is this man. So now I have bought 2 pairs of glasses in less than a year and lost the benefits from insurance payment on the glasses and my money. This place us disrespectful to everyday people. Guess if you look like a movie star or have major $ guess you get pretty good treatment. I just want my money and insurance benefits back. Apology would be nice too.
