Very harmful and unfortunate experience. I'm very sorry I ever met this person.

I have been looking for a Male Psychologist for my son to be tested to see if he is ADD. I was hopeful after having a bad experience with his first (female)Psychologist.(but that is a different story) After our first visit my boy said he really liked him and wanted to continue see him. We were told that all we were holding on was to confirm that the insurance would cover the next few visits because they need special testing to be done and they would call us once they got the approval. Well its now been over 2 month and after a number of voicemails, NO ONE has gotten back to us with any information. And I say voicemails because EVERY time I've called, I have only once gotten a live person who unfortunately did not work with Dr. Fox but his partner, and was not able to help me. She took all of my information down but no one ever got back to us. I'm not sure if the Doctor is aware of how the office has been handling us. VERY DISAPPOINTED
