Too many patients to focus on finding the right plan of care. Was helpful at first but when meds stopped working had no alternatives and would not advocate with the insurance company on my behalf since I was having allergic reactions to Lupus meds. Also does not do hospital consults so good luck getting assistance when admitted.

Dr. Lagrone is an excellent physician. He's caring, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. His office hours on the other hand, are extremely rigid. If you're employed, it is extremely difficult to schedule a doctor's appointment during the week after 1:30. In addition to the rigid office hours, his staff can be extremely rude and disrespectful to patients. The customer service is horrific, and because of that, I found a new physician . This was extremely disappointing because Dr. Lagrone is amazingly sweet. I wish his office staff represented him business better.

I love, love, love Dr Lagrone! He is very caring, listen to you and takes his time he does not make you feel he has to rush out! I feel he is giving you his time for which you are paying for! I know all medicines have bad side affects of some kind. My ex husband did not allow me to take any of the mess for my RA in which I lived in pain every day. I traveled with him for his company and because in his words I Complained of hurting
all the time he divorced me in my words because I was sick!!! Well since then my doctor sent me to Dr Lagrone
and I am very happy with him. He is a great doctor. So proud for all he has done for me!

I had been to 2 other Rheumatologists and had no luck finding one that would listen and try to work with me to figure out what was going on. Dr Lagrone took time to examine me, listened to me, and figured out how to treat me!
I always look forward to my visits.

The best most caring doctor I've had in this field. I had juvenile RA and have been seeing him for the past 12Yrs....would'nt recommend anyone else. i love love love this doctor. He listens to the patient and is not quick to push medicine on you. And is there to work with you to get off any medication you don't feel comfortable with..The staff is awesome. i look forward to my visits all the time.

I took my teenage daughter to see the Doc, His communication and response to my daughter was great she left his office very informed of her condition and waht to do. He was in a hurry to diagnose her. He was carefull to rule out other conditions and that was very important to me. He is very personable. He answered questions called us back for lab explanation on a friday afternoon. I will comfortably recommend him to others.

To the person who is a "pre med student"...Shouldn't you KNOW already that those drugs are toxic to your liver? Also, it is YOUR responsibility as a patient to read the side effects listed with each and every medication you take. ?? I totally disagree with you. Dr. Lagrone is AWESOME! I have been seeing Dr. L for the past 13 years and he has helped me regain the ability to walk and use my arms. I have severe RA that was out of control. I am now on a regimen that allows me to live a NORMAL life. Remicade and Prednisone are wonderful drugs. They CAN be dangerous, but you take the good with the bad. Every month prior to my infusion, my blood is drawn and I am checked for kidney/liver/blood abnormalities. Also, did he even draw your blood? How is he to know that you were having elevated liver enzymes w/out doing labs on you?

No words completely desccribe the pleasant, relaxing & knowledgable experience. The staff and atmosphere are there just for the patient's comfort. Dr LaGrone and his NP are abundantly informed with the latest in disease control. They both take alot of time with the patient and family, answering any and all questions thoroughly. My disease has been managed quite well by Dr LaGrone, his NP, and capable staff. I can now work efficiently, continue my hobbies, and more importantly - enjoy family and friends.
