Dr. Griewe is an outstanding urologist. I had 2 kidney stones that could not come out on their on. My visits prior to the surgery were very professonal, he listened, and explained step by step the surgery, and what would happen after the surgery. His staff is very friendly, and they are concerned about what you are experiencing. They were very reassuring the Dr. Griewe would be able to recommend the best options for what I was facing. My visits were not rushed, and he is doing great work every day. Look at his waiting room when you get called back, it's full of patients. With that many people on a daily basis, appointments will run behind. He doesn't punch a clock when he gets to you, oh no. He takes time to listen to you, and respond to whatever you may have addressed with him. I highly recommend Dr. Griewe, his staff, and all of their professionalism - they are the best!

Personally, I didn’t care for this individual. After waiting for an hour to be seen and that’s with an appointment. He treated me like a number instead of person with health concerns. He didn’t want to take the time to explain my condition or the procedure that was being performed. They kept me on a cold table for thirty minutes partially unclothed. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had. I do not want to go back to him ever again.

Ran an hour behind for my appointment then left me sitting in a room for half an hour. Didn’t really explain my exam to me even after I asked for more info.

Staff is VERY rude! Takes sometimes months to get a prescription filled and that is with constant calls talking to the horrible staff with their nonchalant attitude!

Dr.Griewe was referred by my daughter's pediatrician. He put my daughter through a lot of horrible tests at 3 months old. Then when those test came back inconclusive he ordered an x-ray and found out she had stage 3 bladder reflux. I asked why didn't he do x-ray first, his response was that she was little and wouldn't remember anything anyway so whatever pain she went through would be forgotten. She was prescribed daily antibiotics and told us he would see her back in a year. Since then we had yearly appt. back in April. He walked in, sat down, and was typing on his laptop and said nothing to me for about 3 minutes. Then gave us the prescription and said he would see us in October.(if you are wondering if anything else was said nothing was) Before this appt. We had trouble getting him to refill her antibiotic. It took seven days to get this done. Now he cancelled her appt. on 9th of oct. and rescheduled on 16th. ran out of antibiotic on 11th.staff told me make appt for refil.very rude
