Bedside manner is non-existant. Having knee pain and saw him instead of my regular primary care. He didn't take the time to look at my chart, know me, or even listen. He played around with the knee and said give it time and lose weight. Then he said excercise it, but don't do it if it hurts - okay, so which do you want? I felt as if I was wasting his time and too much of a bother, because look, here is another fat person! I know I'm fat, and I struggle with that - went so far as to have gastric bypass with many complications that overall failed me. If he had taken two seconds with my chart, he might have seen that! A little bit of compassion when you make those kind of recommendations, goes a long way.
