I've now seen Dr Miller twice for a long term illness that requires daily medication. She is very cold and seemingly looked down on me both times I was in the office. The staff took their sweet time calling in my prescriptions forcing me to miss required doses of medication. In expressing my concern to her regarding this occurrence, she clearly did not care. I would avoid this office all together.

I chose this office out of convenience to my daily travel for work. I was just being seen for a routine annual physical however, this was far from what I expected. Dr. Miller was very brief and borderline unprofessional. She entered the room and obviously had not reviewed my new patient document. She asked if I was there for a physical and then said to get into the gown. Then she asked if I was having any testicular issues and when i said no she said ok, nevermind about the gown then. It has been a while since I visited any doctor and was looking for a regular doctor after moving back to the area. This was the least thorough exam I have ever had and most inconsiderate doctor I have ever encountered. Bed side manner must not have been taught during her training. This was very disappointing to say the least. Now, considering my insurance provides one routine physical per year, this year was wasted by Dr. Miller. I do not recommend Dr. Miller and will not be returning for my fasting labs

My son was seen by Dr. Miller for a physical and shots. With a history of seizures which was thoroughly expressed and documented during the intake process, the doctor still administered a shot which could have sent my son into convulsions. When brought to her attention after the fact, she said my wife never told her. Again this information was thoroughly expressed and documented during the intake. I would also like to add that there were no follow up phone calls from the doctor or the office to, nor any instructions on what to look for as far as symptoms. Secondly, billing issues required me to spend over an hour on the phone with them and the insurance company to straighten their error out. I would highly recommend you find another doctor like I...

I have personally been to Dr Miller several times. She also sees my two girls (14 and 18) We have all been very happy with her care. I do agree the front staff can be a bit rude but you don't (atleast I dont) go to a doctor for the office staff. I would (and do) recommend Dr Leona Miller and will continue to keep her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Miller was rude, uncaring and unwilling to help diagnose my problem because it didn't 'make sense' to her. I received the worst care there and I will never go back.

Went to this doctor because she is closer to my offices. The service was awful all around except for the guy who takes blood samples. Waited an hour before finally getting to see her. After getting my blood drawn, I was given papers to give back to her but she was gone. I had the worst experience trying to get my results back. It also seemed like the front office staff had had enough of her because at the mention of her name the lady rolled her eyes, sighed and then told me to leave a message for her in the back office. Do not recommend at all unless you are getting free service - in that case you get what you pay for.
