Very helpful office staff even before my son's scheduled appointment. We have horrible dental insurance (Thanks UF) so we knew we were going to have to pay out of pocket, then get reimbursed by our insurance company. The staff worked with us by being very upfront with the costs. My son was very nervous but soon became very relaxed with the help of Misty and Dr. Grundset herself. I asked my son what he thought about his visit, and he said it was fun. :-) What 7 year old describes a dental appointment as fun? Would recommend her.
