Dr. Velders is sometimes kind sympathetic and warm and other times rude and impatient which is disturbing. It is hard to get an appointment with him. Do not recommend.

Dr. Velders is a WONDERFUL pediatrician. Highly knowledgeable and up to date on research. Very supportive of breastfeeding. Patient, helpful, and kind when my newborn had to be sent to the NICU (such a difficult and stressful time); and just as helpful as my son grows older. I trust him 100% and I am so grateful he is my child's doctor.
