Patient care not top priority. Orthodics took from July 21 to October 17 to receive after 4 calls wondering when they would arrive. Lived in pain until that time. In the end my frustration with office manager ended not in patient care, but shipping orthodics to home and referring me to another doctor. So much for "do no harm"...Would not recommend this practice.
