I have been to this doctor for 2 years. Like the comments below, I did not like Dr. Holly's manner when dealing with me upon my first visit. He appeared stiff and it made me reminisce about a great doctor I once had who was 'old school' and well trained but horrible bed side manner. I recently saw him and have noticed he is more personal, more knowledgeable and more thorough in his visits. The first time I had a visit, I could hear the staff speaking about their travel plans as I waited for 50 minutes. During my recent visit, the staff was more expeditious in coming in and out of my room and they were professional. I believe this office has made great improvements and hope they continue to do so. Also, I will note that their EMR is very user friendly and I appreciate the ability to continuously have access to my records without directly contacting the office personnel.

This practice is rookie league. They use an answering machine as a receptionist. If you leave a message in the morning, you better be ready to answer at the random time the call 4 hrs later b/c that is the one chance a day you have. The exam was full of "i think" ,"it might be" , and "you need to see someone else to address it". His comments at the end of my test results said I could call if I had any questions or set up an appointment. After playing phone tag nine different times I finally spoke to someone they said that no one could talk to me because they had four patients in the office and only one nurse. She was kind enough to say I could leave another message on the voicemail. The next day I received a nasty message in which the nurse left me saying "if I wanted to ask any questions about my test results that I needed to make an appointment. PER DR. HOLLY". I had one thing on the low end of normal. Its not the money, I have insurance. I can't take time off for a 3min talk

Doctor is an embarrasment to his field. Indeffernt, could not care less about your issues. Does not pay attention. Not knowledgeable about medications, condistions, etc. Does not like to prescribe scripts at all or run test. I am not sure if his lack of knowledge of medications is the reason why or he just does not feel like it. Worst doctor I have ever seen. I am in my fifties and have seen my share. I am not sure how he graduated from medical school.I recommend not seeing this doctor if you want caring and attentive attention to any issues that may arrive.
