He Should really retire it's time ! At some point the board should recertify and they should do mental assessments once you reach a certain age when it comes to taking care of patients mentally and physically. To Make sure that you make sound and consciences decisions for the well-being of patients.

Garbage, provides no intellectual support. A nice guy, but should not be a psychiatrist.

Dr Bezan prescribed a psychotic medication to my wife and won't answer any concerns we have. He will not return our calls and is extremely unprofessional.
