Doctor Mihailoff is substandard. Made me wait 1 hour in room, when no one else was there. Then her quality of evaluation was pathetic and followup by staff stopped totally. Her staff refused to have her call me back after repeated attempts. Her staff needs to be fired. Do not go to her if you value your health.

From the first greeting at the door the staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was thorough and took the time to interact with my mother-in-law even though she is almost deaf. The doctor went down to her level (my mother-in-law being a wheelchair)and listened to her complaints, asked pertinent questions and then listened to my concerns. She did a thorough examination and ordered appropriate tests. She put her hand on my mother-in-laws shoulder and showed empathy for her current limitations. I believe Dr. Mihailoff was concerned, involved, knowledgable and empathetic. My mother-in-law likes her better than the doctor she had seen for 15 years. Worst Dr I have ever been to, her staff is rude and you will wait forever before you are seen. She's too busy seeing pharmaceutical reps to see her patients. Once you finally do see her she will not take you seriously or listen to why you are there in the first place. Finally learned my lesson and found a new Dr!

The staff is very friendly in my book, and care about the patience. It was like pulling teeth everytime I went to the Dr. and that wasnt often. The Dr. at times would not even say hello back and would just come in and argue. The office appears to be clean however it is NOT~!! I notice that they just wash used items, very gross I dont want to list what they tried to reuse on me~!!!! I think the Dr. jusy wants all controll and its her way or the highway, and for me its the HIGHWAY~!!!!

By far one of the worst family Doctors. She, and her whole staff is extremely rude. Especially the woman working the phones behind the desk. Scratch that, they are all the rudest any human being could possibly be. If you have an appointment with her, expect to wait at least 2 hours before you're seen. Sometimes longer. She was my whole family's Dr. up until a couple of years ago. She lost myself, both of my sisters, parents, all aunts and uncles, and grandparents as patients. How the woman still has license to practice, and enough patients to stay in business is beyond me. Everytime I saw her it seemed like she wanted to argue with me about something in my personal life rather than address the reason I came to see her. In other words, she seemed to act like a shrink instead of focusing on the sickness that took me to her. If you're looking for a family Doctor, please stay away from her.

This doctor was rude from the start. Her office is unprofessional. The ladies at the front desk were rude. The equipment that was used for my procedure was not opened in a sterile enviroment nor from sterile packaging. I have a lot of concerns about patient saftey and the risk of being exposed to different sicknessess in this office.
