I will give zero stars!!! This is the best one yet!!! I’ve never in my life felt so disregarded . I was giving them benefit of the doubt when I was going to the office bc the front desk girl was very nice Goshen office)If I knew her name I’d love to let her know. The PA was nice enough but I had to call quest lab myself to get results looked them up online to try a see what issues I may have heard from her over two weeks later. and waited 3 weeks for the X-ray results. Thank god garnet had them posted and I saw them myself and googled what it may have meant. So now to my endoscopy…. I walk in and they tell me he’s one hour behind but maybe more. They can’t really say. Just that 3 people are ahead of me (I’m starving and dying to thirst). I ask if I should go or stay and she says like 3 times (the front desk girl at this particular location for the procedure Middletown ) I can wait outside if I want. It’s damn near 90degrees outside. No thanks. Now I sit next to this guy whose phone is at the highest volume. I sat down for like 20 minutes then finally I talk to him and said sir do I have to listen to your phone the rest of the hour. He turned to me and said you crazy B**** I knew you were going to say something. I said, could you just please turn it down and he turned to me and said I’m not the one to mess with you crazy B****. Of course I call my husband to tell him what happened and he did come to protect me from this man. I truly should have cancelled the appt at this time, but do you wanna know the funny thing about this whole story is the whole staff decides to come out into the waiting room the doctor decides to come out into the waiting room, Dr. Alan Goldfischer , the one behind. And they were all taking this man side who clearly was threatening me because I asked him to turn down his volume. Regardless of what mood I was in. I turn to the doctor and I said this is your fault. Bc nobody ever confronts the Dr. But what really hurts my heart. Is that all the females in the office there said I was the one who started it! Because I was in a bad mood, because he was an hour behind. Shout out to those girls who stuck up for a man who called me all kinds of names and threatened me but said it was my fault! I hope that one day when your children go to the doctors office, they are as protected as I was! Needless to say, I left, and did not have my procedure there, and will never go back to this facility ever again! And that is not a grand declaration!!!!!

I don't believe he's been as aggressive in his diagnosis as he needs to be. We may look for a doctor in NYC.
