Extremely unprofessional in every way. During my first visit she seemed way too opinionated and judgmental for her profession but I gave it another chance just in case I had judged her unfairly. She showed up 45 minutes late for our second appointment, and had no idea who I was but wouldn’t admit it. The session was awkward and insulting. After the appointment she left me a voicemail saying she realized she had me down for another day so I must have made a mistake. I wasn’t available on the day she claimed the appointment was scheduled for so I know the mistake was hers. It’s pretty pathetic that as a professional therapist she tried to blame a patient for her disorganization. It is hard enough for many people to gather the courage to seek help. Having a bad experience like this makes it even harder. Stay away from this terrible doctor!!

Before even seeing Dr. Armenia for one session, she complained on the phone about my insurance company, saying it was a hassle. Gave me a day/time for my 1st appointment and repeated it. I wrote it down in two places. Arrived at the agreed upon day/time 5 minutes early. Waited 15 minutes and figured her previous session ran over. After 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes...I started getting annoyed. I waited an hour then left fuming. I understand if there's an emergency, but not one word? She shares an office with four other therapists...she couldn't have asked one of them to put a note on the door saying she'd have to reschedule? Very unprofessional and very upsetting. You're seeing this person to discuss issues in your life. She shouldn't be adding to them! I left her a voice message saying as much.

She is anything but professional. Mean lady! I called to make a appointment she didn't seem to concern about my issues. Called to get directions only to have her call me back to say Where are you. Very unprofessional

I was seeing dr. Armenia for a few months. One day she told me that I never paid my first visit's co-pay. I know that I did pay her but she has a very poor record keeping system. I've never left a doctors office without paying. When I said that I was sure I did pay her the $20 she started to fight with me! I was completely blown away! I soon after move out of the area & so I discontinued my visits with her. About 2 months later she began to call and harass me over $20! She would call from a blocked number multiple times a day & leave me very nasty voicemails. A few months later I found out that I had secondary insurance & called her to get copies of the diagnosis form. She ignored all of my calls & letters. This woman is extremely unprofessional & I would NEVER recommend anyone to see her.
