I totally agree with the rating on 10-10-10 .I've always tried to be an honest and fair person , but ,when you encounter an individual ,that is "presumed" to be a caring "professional" , but exemplifies just the opposite ,the truth must be told .Be smart , don't risk it.

I found Dr. Culley to be very knowledgeable and investigative. Yes, he uses his computer to record responses from the patient, but it was not an issue for me. I prefer to have a physician that is highly detailed, than to have one that's going to get me in and out quickly. Dr. Culley has performed several test on me, to ensure that my health is at its' best. At this point, I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Culley. Dr. Culley, continue doing the great work that you do.

When I met Dr. Culley I was impressed by his depth of knowledge and his attention to details. He spent a long time explaining my condition and diagnostic test needed. He was reassuring and calming. I was initially concerned about my wait time, but now I understand why sometimes I have to wait a little longer. He has excellent bedside manners and was concerned about my overall well being. He even counselled me on lifestyle changes. In short, I had a very positive experience and he will always be my doctor.

Worst doctor experience ever! Dr. Culley was very cold and robotic in his manner. He misdiagnosed me for an unneccessary cystoscopy, which through a second opinion I was informed there was no need for this. After meeting doctor Culley, he spends 15 minutes setting up his laptop in front of me, and then spends 15 minutes coldly asking me the same questions that I filled out in the waiting room. During the exam Dr. Culley never explained what he was doing, he would coldly and mechanically back and forth go through the exam and typing in his laptop. On top of the worst and uncomforting doctor experience I have ever had, the office overcharged me 7 times the amount I was supposed to be charged. I discovered later they are not supposed to charge me anything until getting the okay from my insurance. I spent 3 months of calling the office to get a refund but nothing, not until I got my credit card company involved did they finally refund my money. DO NOT GO TO DR CULLEY!
