Dr. Cruz performed strabismus surgery on me in summer 2008. He was very considerate, well informed and patient enough to answer all my questions and emails prior to the procedure. I would rate him as expectional in his area of expertise. The copays were so high due to my particular policy and that it was surgery under general anesthesia. I would give Dr. Cruz a very high recommendation without hesitation.
