Dr. Venturi seems great at first, but then he is no longer available to you and you see a PA to answer important questions. I got my medical records and saw that he put MESH in my body during my reconstruction after I said I wanted zero foreign objects in my body. I look and feel terrible and will have to start over completely. I was lied to and my experience was a nightmare before I found out about the mesh.

I flew from Portland OR to Virginia just to have Dr. Venturi do my revision. I had pain from sub pec recon and wanted the newest techniques used for a Pre Pectoral reconstruction. It was SO worth it! I have amazing results and zero pain. I highly recommend Dr. Venturi to anyone either local or out of town. He is literally one of the best in the nation!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Venturi. He has been dedicated to my breast reconstruction journey since the beginning. He and Dr. Mesbahi performed my DIEP Flap and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are both masterful surgeons. Not only that, Dr. Venturi explained everything to me in a kind, compassionate and reassuring way. I was fully prepared for every procedure and every recovery process along the way. He and his staff, particularly Louisa, are exceptional.

Dr. Venturi and his partner, Dr. Mesbahi, are exceptional plastic surgeons, devoted to the care of their patients, willing to stand on their feet for 10 hours doing a highly skilled bilateral DIEP reconstruction procedure following breast cancer - all for the paltry reimbursement from the patient's insurance! Small recompense for their time and expertise. Dr. Venturi is intelligent, straightforward, and open-minded. My only complaint is that sometimes the wait is long.

Dr. Venturi and his partner, Dr. Mesbahi, did my breast reconstruction via DIEP flap, and did a nice job. Dr. Venturi is an intelligent, easygoing, likeable person, and he never seems to be edging out the door while you are talking with him. Although they are not in network for most if any insurance, they don't 'balance bill' for breast cancer patients - another huge benefit of this practice. Highly recommend.
