Dr Ross is a great person. Caring and kind. She can be a bit dismissive at times, but is always there to help. Met her years ago when she was an intern to my former doctor. Would recommend her to anyone!

I had symptoms that were persistent for over a month that were not managed well. After I kept pressing for a diagnosis I was given referrals to specialist with no assistance for coordinating any follow through.I had to get my labs myself and wait a long time for another appointment with a referral. It would have been helpful if the doctor had called on my behalf to be seen sooner.Her knowledge of my symptom was not great even though I was told by other doctors that I had a common complaint. I always had to wait a long time to be seen even with a early AM appointment.

A great doctor if you're healthy, but if something goes wrong, she can be very dismissive. I had a physical ailment that she kept telling me was in my head, until my 4th visit, (3 months, 2 prescriptions, and $1000s of dollars later) when after she finally examined me she found the problem!
