Dr. Belen Flores is very experienced doctor, I like her but few others don't have much experience, doesn't mind to prescribe antibiotic immediately. They are there for money so don't care. The front desk staffs aren't human, they must be from a worst planet. I wouldn't hire them for any position of my own company. I used to go there I like Dr, Flores, I have been out of state. They can hire some friendly staff with some extra dollars.

I don't know where to begin. I see the comments below and they resemble my frustrations with this office. First of all, they are not accommodating to mothers with newborns and infants. You have to sign in, go sit down, then 2 minutes later they call you back up to bring your insurance card. And if you try to give it to them while you are signing in, they have you take a seat and tell you that you will be called. Trying to maneuver a newborn in a car seat plus baby bag is very difficult, so that was really an inconvenience for me. As you can note from my above complaint the front desk staff is very rude and unaccommodating in the slightest way. They lack concern for the families that come into the office. My daughter is now 1 and I have went with her since birth, so I have had many appointments. A majority of the appointments resulted in disappointment of the staff. After the doctor sees your child, they give you your child's chart to take to the appointment desk. Again trying to maneuver an infant, car seat, baby bag, coats, blankets, then have to struggle to carry a chart as well, it's very offensive and rude. The last straw for me was the issues I had during her 1 yr appointment. I had scheduled months in advance for this appointment. They scheduled the appointment 1 day before her 1st birthday. Once I got there, I found out the state does not allow one of the vaccinations before their 1st birthday. I had to re-schedule after taking off of work that day. At that time, I informed them of the new insurance she had. The nurse said they are going to use her insurance on file because it was still in effect. In between these appointments my daughter got sick. Therefore, she could not receive her vaccinations her next visit, but had to go for an illness. The antibiotic prescribed caused my child to have an allergic reaction. Therefore, add on an emergency room visit, a follow-up visit to her primary doctor, then about one or two more follow-up appointments. Still have not had her vaccinations now a month after her 1st birthday. To make matters worst. I owe them $60 for 4 visits where they were billing the new insurance instead her the other one. I did not find out I had a bill until I happened to see the balance on her chart while speaking with the front desk. When I asked about it, I was told they just received this information. So basically I was told the nurse that advised me to use the insurance still in effect was wrong and now I have this balance. And this angers me because I believe if my daughter was scheduled properly she would not have gotten sick and would have had her vaccinations. I have since scheduled an appointment to another doctor. I must say Dr. Emily and Dr. Charles are awesome.

The doctors are pretty good. I have been going here for the past ten years. The staff is rude and helpless. Try calling and the phone was busy for more than 40 min. When u get there you have to wait for them to open the doors. Fist front desk can help making an appointment and the second desk is so busy taking a. Training and can not help. My son had an allergy reaction and was recommended by the school to take him to the doctor as the staff is so nasty and rude thanks to the Benadryl school gave my son after hour and half his allergic reaction had come down. The appointment was never made and My son was never seen by the doctor. When you have an emergency they cant give a right away appointment. Next time i will go strait to emergency room. i don't recommend because of the helpless staff i definitely will be looking for a new doctor.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Flores for 12 years since I moved to NJ. My son will son turn 21and have to transfer to another dr. and we are very sad. Dr. Belen Flores knows her patients and takes time with them. When my son was leaving to go to college she took time to advise him about school and whenever he returned she asked him questions. Also she is very conservative about not over prescribing medicatons. On numerous occasions she had used common sense approach and said she doesn't want to prescribe antibotics. The rooms are clean & cheery. Sure there are times when they are busy & one might feel like patients are being herded but that can be the case at any doctor's office at a peak time espeacially during flu season. I don't understand the comment about the low income clinic. Many of the patients like my family are not low income and have great prviate insurance and I' m sure there are other patients who are less fortunate but everyone gets the same good quality care.

My children have been going to Pediatrics Day and Night for over 14 yrs. They rarely get sick but when they do the only option has been walk in after 5. You call for an appointment and are immediately told at 10am there are no openings. Most of the time I can work with that; however today I called because our whole house has the flu including me and there is no way I can even think of driving 30 min to sit for hours and be dealt with rudely. My neighbor's pediatrician called in the Tama flu for her kids and told her to keep them out of the public where they can infect more. Dr Flores' staff doesn't care as long as they get the money. I am not stupid and know full we'll what the flu looks like but they would not accommodate. This practice has gone down hill over the years. Now children who go here are a dollar sign and care is hit and miss depending on which Doctor you see. In a month walkin will stop and how long will it take to actually see a Dr? This mom is going to look for a new Dr

I started going to Pediatrics Day and Night because of how close they were to me and their hours. But the longer I've been there the more I've noticed how the front desk staff are rude and grumpy all the time. They treat you like an assembly line. I once waited two hours with an appointment to see the doctor with my infant. She got angry with me because I had questions for her. My usual wait time is one hour. If you walk in after hours, expect to wait two hours. They do not accommodate parents with newborns and infants. They have a sick and well room but don't enforce it. My infant got sick waiting in the well room because sick children were coughing around her. It's a shame to say this because the staff who work in the desk are nice and accommodating. Dr. Luan is an amazing doctor and takes her time with you, answering all questions and never rushing you out. If she had her own practice, I'd be there in a second. She is the reason I keep going back and only make appts with her now.

I have been taking my children here for 7 years, I only picked it because of the hours and at first it was very clean and they seem to have it together but, in the last 3 years it has become even nore run down, I can not believe I have been going here for this many years, it is terrible, they treat you like cattle. It's run like a low income clinic , very unorganized and I have private insurance through my employer and I am a RN.

Dr. B. Flores was my eldest son's pediatrician at the hospital when i gave birth in 1985. I continued to go to the practice faithfully until 2012. My grandson goes there now! I feel that the practice has changed. Recently, my 3rd child turned 18 and i let them know that he will be going to another doctor along with my 14 yr. old. I signed the necessary papers and they never mailed them until about a month later! When i called to complain about it, they hung up the telephone on me! They refused to address my concerns knowing full well that my sons are asthmatic and couldn't see the new doctor until the records had been received. I feel that the professionalism there has dropped over the years. Now it's like they are there to be employed and they have no problem showing it. The idea of seeing various doctors was no problem as they were all friendly but the support staff, forget it! They greet you with looks that make a person feel uncomfortable. They need more caring and friendly staff
