Unfortunately her website is misleading as she did not seem to utilize any of her said techniques ( like CBT) within our sessions. It was sort of a 'go with the flow' atmosphere which in retrospect was a complete waste of time, money and effort! An easy job for her though! I would only recommend this type of environment to someone willing to waste hundreds of dollars just to have another being near them perhaps listening to them along with the possibility of being interjected with very harsh unwarranted opinions that may make a situation worse. I guess empathy and structure do not have the same meaning to everyone.
