Arrogant and heartless doctor. He thinks he’s the best while there are better ones out there. He’ll use your little child as guinea pig to train his students without telling you. Behind the closed door of OR, he does whatever he wants to do and you have zero control. Stay away from this ruthless person. ~ advice from a former patient.

My 10 year old has issues with behavior so we are in Brain Balance for that and we have eye exercises we are doing that we were worried may be causing the sudden blurriness he was having in his eyes. Dr. Tychsen spent an entire 3 minutes with us and told us (in front of our child) to quit Brain Balance, quit the exercises and take Parental Counseling. He is NOT capable of diagnosing Mental Illness. He should NOT have said those things in front of my son and he didn't take ANY amount of time to listen. It was the most disturbing appointment with a doctor that I have ever had. So...he recommends a counselor that we have been seeing for 2 years with NO results. Obviously he does not have a clue. He was rude, disrespectful and judgementsl and try to diagnose something he is not capable of diagnosing.
