The provider insulted my family and also spoke to my husband and myself with racial overtones. The provider told me I was uneducated, referred to us as "You people" and "People like you." Referred to my son's medicine (advair) as the "Black box." When I asked the provider a question about my son growing out of his asthma, the provider told me that was a dumb question. He told me asking a question like that is like "Watching a house burning down and asking if the fire will go out knowing that I need to call the fire department." The provider also violated my son's HIPAA rights when he was pretending to apologize. My experience was a horrible one and I will never patronize any facility this provider works for.
