The jury is still out on Dr. Chin's clinical skills. I will never know, because I am done with him.

I have been attempting to refill a long-standing Rx through Costco in Antioch, CA. A month has passed. I have contacted Antioch 4 times. All 4 times, including today, they indicated they have sent the request electronically to Dr Chin. I have called Dr Chin's office 3 times. Each time they have an excuse and an attitude. I still have no Rx refill and am virtually out of the medication. I called Bass medical Group for the 2nd time, "because they're there to help." Too busy, no one to answer. Directed to web site. At this point the care I am receiving from Dr Chin and Bass is beyond unprofessional and amounts to malpractice.
