There was me and one other in the waiting room when I arrived. Fifteen minutes later they took the first person. Twenty minutes later they took me to the examination office. I waited 25 more minutes and (after one whole hour) I left. George Samuel may be an excellent doctor for all I know (I never got to see him.) but there was no reasonable explanation for keeping me waiting a solid hour for nothing and with no explanation.
