Have seen Dr. Leas for years. Always a great experience, but sometimes the front desk staff is a little cold. But, overall, love going.

My last visit with Dr. Leas was impeccable. Dr. Leas's was professional. He answered my question with deep concern. I have used Dr. Leas several times in the pass. I am comfortable with the service he has given me. My concern was with his staff. The girls in the office need to improve on their people skills. There was a disconnect and I felt like I was begging for kindness. Customer service should be at 100% at all times. The staff lack this quality. Most depressing and annoying was when I came to find out the staff forgot to order my contacts meaning I would have to wait another week before I would received my order. This upset me the most, and I cannot except any excuse. I am not a bad person myself. I am not accustom to writing a negative feedback. But I would like for Dr. Leas to address the importance of customer service with his staff and to follow through on any instructions with the patient. Thank You
