Dr. Alexis and staff could not have been better. Always there to answer questions. Available for emergency appointments. As far as the comments about ehr being disconnected...I could not disagree more. She showed genuine care all throughout pregnancy as well as after birth. She made a exciting, but somewhat scary first experience much much more calm. Always there to answer questions about what was going to happen. Patient. Kind. Even named my daughter's middle name Alexis...

Very poorly ran office, the staff is extremely rude, I have a credit in that office from my delivery and they refuse to give it back, and guess what Dr. Alexis DIDN'T even deliver my son, so they're keeping my money for a procedure that she didn't even do and Dr. Alexis caused me a lot of grief that could have been avoided! I will never set foot in that office again!

Dr.Alexis is an awesome doctor I have seen her for 12 yrs now, she has delivered my first daughter and will be delivering my second in June 2010. I selected a 4 on punctuality because you have to rememer she deliveres babies and some emergencies do arise therefore sometimes you do have to wait and or reschedule but remember ladies that can be you in an emergency or having that bundle of joy. So be patient it's worth the wait. :)

Dr. Alexis is the best! She helped my sister in law get pregnant when she was having trouble. I had both of my children with her and would never go any were else. I even had my husband change our insurance to make sure we keep her. If anyone felt that the wait was to long, then just thank about it like this if you had a emergence or if you had a lot of questions or just needed more attention then someone else then other people would be waiting for you to get done. If you have a million questions she will answer them, if they weren't answered then you didn't ask them. It's also nice when you go in to delivery that she is just across the hall when you need her. she loves her patients and loves bring new life in to the world every day. Any happy, loving person would see that. The best thing about Dr. Alexis is that she wants to be the one to deliver her patients babies, and will try her best to make sure she does so. Of course some times people go in labor when she's can't be there.

I love Dr Alexis and her staff. The wait is long at times but I will take a long wait in order to have great care.

Dr. Alexis has been my doctor for all four of my pregnancies. Yes there were times where the wait was a little timely but every visit was worth the wait. I did learn the best times to go which helped with the wait time(she also delivers babies throughout the day which can effect the wait time). The office is always clean the nurses and staff are very nice and professional. Dr. Alexis cares very much about her patients and she and her nurses made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving. If you don't ask you won't know. This is long but to sum it all up she is excellent! Her staff is wonderful and was always available even by phone when i needed them. I am really disappointed because i am pregnant again and no longer have Aetna insurance and will have to find a different doctor. I fear i will not receive the same quality care Dr. Alexis has given me and my family all these years. I highly recommend Dr. Alexis and have been for years and all my friends and family love her!

I was a patient of Dr. Alexis' for several years and have birthed with her as well. The wait time is long and visits do tend to feel rushed/distant. She is a competent doctor and cares about a good outcome however, she does not seem to be comfortable with low intervention/natural births.

I would highly recommend Dr. Alexs. She was always helpful and very knowledgeable. The waiting time is a little long but the care is well worth the wat.
