Nice new clinic. Great staff. Dr Caulfield listens to me and spends time answering my questions.

When I first saw Dr Caulfield, he said there would be no more than 24-48 hour wait for an appointment. I have been told I need surgery for a gall bladder and I am on 30+ pills aday and needed to discuss thiss with my primary care doctor i tried to get an appointment and the earlist I coukd see him was a month away. I always felt rushed when I was in there and never felt he addressed my problems. In fact my Rhumatoligist offered better care and he referred me to the correct specialists.

Dr. Caulfield doesn't have respect for his patients. Texas Health, slow and indifferent to patient complaints, needs to remind him that if it weren't for paying patients he wouldn't have a job and this company couldn't exist. I was extremely angry that the office manager was unwilling and lazy in trying to get me a temporary supply of a much needed med. When Dr. Caulfield heard me complaining to the staff, he chose to dismiss me rather than find out the cause of my anger. As a physician and rep of the company, he had a professional obligation to hear me out and resolve my issue. Because he lacked backbone, his office manager now knows that he doesn't have a responsibility to help the patient. Thank you, Dr. Caulfield, for being a jerk! I have found a top doctor and leader in another physician.

Smart, compassionate and a good listener. In my 82 years, this is the best doc I have ever had. He really seems to care.
