This doctor attended elementary school with me in San Juan, P. R. He was the biggest bully, nasty, uncaring, selfish. If Freud was right about personality developing by age 5, he is someone to stay away from. If you check other websites, you will see that he is not highly rated; at best he is rated average. I wish I had his personal e mail to arrange a meeting a see what he has to say.STAY AWAY from him. A nasty human being.
