Dr. Levy charged me for a disability exam for me to use in my VA claim. It turns out that it was worthless since it was an illegal exam. Dr. Levy is NOT LICENSCED in my state which made it a violation of state law. He should know better and maybe he does but does not mind financially exploiting veterans.

I recently had a video appointment with Dr. Levy and I thought he was very professional and medically knowledgeable as to the issue on hand. He repeated some questions because of my lack of hearing and took notes throughout the session. At the end of the session he repeated everything we discussed and asked if I had missed anything and if I did to let him know. Dr. Levy took his time when asking questions and allowed me to answer them at my pace, he will be highly recommended to other military soldiers who have experience similar situations.

I had a VA C&P exam with Dr Leavy. He was professional, soft spoken and listened to everything I had to say and then at the end of the exam, He repeated back his notes and asked if anything was missing. He really listed to me and I really appreciated that. Not like other exams I had in the past.

I did not actually see this doctor because the doctor's billing practices were unacceptable to me. They insisted that I would be charged a deductible even after my insurance told them they should not charge the deductible. This arrogance is unacceptable and I cancelled my appointment. I will find another provider.

He seems like a decent person. But he's not very good with anybody who might have a different sexual orientation. When I asked him point blank whether he thought BDSM was a sexual orientation or a paraphilia, he started telling me how he worked with ****s and that he was open minded. Does he think I'm an idiot? "Some people are attracted to animals and some people like trees," he said. The APA ethics code would say that such non answering of a question is completely unethical. When I met him, he also had a tic that rippled across his face. I was shopping for a therapist and he tried to push me into long-term therapy at 130 an hour, without asking me what I wanted. Somebody needs to pay his mortgage. Again, he doesn't seem like a bad person, but in my opinion, and I have a Ph.D. as well, he's not very good. He went to Nova Southeastern, which in terms of its rankings is in the toilet. He's about average, I suppose, for a "discipline" that is comparable to phrenology.
