the dr runs very late, her staff is very very rude. they are not good about communicating or returning phone calls. the doctor is nice enough, but seems very scattered and unfocused. she keeps changing my diagnosis- in the middle of a conversation she will tell me it's one condition, then a minute later reference a different diagnosis (one that was already ruled out by two other doctors). my insurance company called her office once about a pre-authorization, and the staff person hung up on them! I have waited more than an hour to be seen on multiple occasions

Dr. Rinaldi is an outstanding Rheumatologist. She is very knowledgable on most autoimmune disorders. However, she runs very late which makes it difficult for those on a schedule.

outstanding, brilliant physician!She is by far superior in her field. In process of helping my condition and I am thankful to have her as my docotor.
