Superb doctor. He and his group have a reputation for succeeding with difficult cases, which other doctors have been unabe to resolve. Dr. Winkle's analytical and no-nonsense manner may be off putting to some patients, but is exactly what I want in a doctor. Dr. Winkle is willing and able to discuss technical details with patients. He informs patients of his sucesss/failure/problem rates, and the statistical probabilities with regard to the patient's own case. I have never run into a doctor who is more concerned about his patients. My 5 year chronic afib condition was eliminated by means of RF ablation surgery. The medical and office staff are efficient and courteous.
