I had a small stroke, was in hospital, advised her I was having trouble doing my job, didn't offer any time off work, the next day I was brought home by my supervisors, because I was having difficulty talking and doing my job, I waited 2 days for a note for time off work, or a release, after I finally got a call, she advised me that I had to make another dr appt with a neurologist, which was not mentioned at the first appointment. so I was just left hanging for 2 weeks to see the neurologist!!!!!
